A Little Taste of School Life

This is the Teachers Room at my school where every faculty and staff has a desk. This room is the central nervous system of the school and can be a bit of a zoo of chaos at times.

This is one of the prehistoric heaters used to warm the school in the winter time. This particular model runs on kerosene and does a surprisingly good job of warming up the entire Teachers Room

This is the view from the second floor of Building A looking down at the entrance to Building B. All of the kids in grades 2 through 4 use this entrance each morning when they arrive at school. I took this shot during first period one morning and all the kids had already arrived at school and escaped the blizzard raging outside.

This is the entrance I spoke of in the previous picture but from the inside. You can see the shoe lockers where all the kids stash their outdoor shoes in exchange for their indoor shoes. They also store their umbrellas here by the door to keep from cluttering up the already small classrooms.

Caleb,
How about a shot of you presenting a gift to those generous and wonderful teachers who gave your family Christmas presents? I would like to see how you thanked them!

Caleb,
Have you found out if you will be able to remain at the same schools if you are able to stay one more year? Am still wondering if your stay is official....
Love you!!
